ABOUT CUSS....

CUSS is the Community and Urban Sociology Section of the American Sociological Association.  It was founded in 1973 by members of the professional organization who are involved in community and urban sociology in their careers and vocations in teaching, scholarship, and work.  The section is one of the largest in the ASA (currently we have more than 600 members) and hosts several sessions at the annual meeting of the association.
