CUSS WEBSITE

The Community and Urban Sociology Section web site is an independent nonprofit academic project maintained for the benefit of members of the profession and as a service to the public.

We are presently investigating web format and hosting options and have formed an ad-hoc web committee (beginning September 2005) that will recommend changes to section membership in the coming year.  If you would like to participate, please contact Ray Hutchison, who currently is serving as chair of this ad-hoc committee.

Send notices, such as books announcements, calls for papers, and suggestions for resource links, to the webmaster. The Community Web will host or link to any short articles that CUSS members have written for a general audience - such as newspaper op eds. The Community Web will also host or link to members' photo essays. If you want us to host, please get in touch with the webmaster to work out arrangements.
